Gold 750 ‰ "Cameo" pendant brooch, adorned with an oval-shaped two-layer cameo on chalcedony, stylizing the right profile of a woman à l'antique, the openwork surround enriched with ribbon bows, garlands of flowers, punctuated with probably fine pearls.
