KAYCÉRI in Silk (Asia Minor), early 20th century. An ivory field with an arrowhead motif, highlighted with carnations, houses two twisted columns supporting a cream-coloured vault, decorated with polychrome floral scrolls, from which a symbolic flower hangs. A vegetalized lintel, lemon, overlooks the whole. Two pistachio counter-edges, with flowers, enclose the main ivory, following staggered floral compositions, placed on flowering stems. Highlighting of two-tone ribbons on a pink background. 155 x 115 cm.
